The VanFHC is very happy to announce that DERBY CITY WHISKER CLUB will be sponsoring a category in our 11th Annual Charity Competition WHISKERS WELCOME this May 16th at the Hero's Welcome in Vancouver BC, Canada.
The Derby City Whisker Club is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
We are also home of the WhiskerMania beard competition.
We are thrilled to sponsor the Vancouver Facial Hair Competition and the infamous Whiskerinas in hopes that Christine Hackman will reconsider the public release of all those incriminating images portraying our club members as merkin hating cultists.....
While we can not confirm nor deny the existence of such images, we do hope this sponsorship makes us square
WHISKERINA
Open to those free of their own facial hair who want to create a realistic OR fantasy look.
This is the category to break out your crafting skills — you can use anything and everything to construct your own beard &/or moustache.
The creation must be able to hang freely from the face/head without manual assistance.
Judging emphasizes realism for realistic beards, and creativity and difficulty for fantasy beards.
